USAGE:

Apply the mask evenly and thickly to the damp area to be treated. Leave on for up to 10 minutes. Prevent the mask from drying on the skin by gently moistening it with wet fingers or Bioactive Bog Tonic. Remove the mask with a damp towel or rinse with lukewarm water. Slight redness due to accelerated microcirculation is normal and quickly subsides. Suitable for use in a sauna. Use 1-3 times a week.
